Ron is the CEO at RxDNA, a next generation PBM Consulting Firm with superior proposal technology driving the best financial results for our clients. We work with Health Plans, Brokers, Consultants, Large Employer Groups, Municipalities, Unions and Taft-Hartley Funds. Ron Roscia oversees all operations and is the lead PBM Consultant for key client relationships and channel partnerships, while continuously expanding our growing list of Regional and National brokers/consultants who use the RxDNA platform. With over twenty years of healthcare and benefits experience, Ron successfully navigates clients through a myriad of challenges to meet their business needs. Ron is a sedulous advocate of transparent contracts, alternative funding and clinical strategies significantly reducing healthcare costs for his clients. Ron participates on several Advisory Councils with industry leadership and Congress to reform healthcare policy and legislature.Ron is a Board Member of SHRM and serves as a committee member for Duquesne University’s Alumni Chapter. Ron holds Equity Membership at Ocean Reef Club and is a Member of the New York Athletic Club (NYAC). Ron devotes his personal time as a head coach for the Cyclones U18 youth hockey organization. He is also active within several charitable organizations, serving as a board member for Catholic Charities. Ron holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Studies from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh.
