Ph.D. student on remote sensing, focused on RF hardware design for GNSS interferometric reflectometry. Also development of a Microwave Radiometer at L-band. Responsible of a field campaign design and supervision.Some of the involved tasks have been:- Antenna design and measurement (HFSS, CST).- Array with analog beamforming design, implementation, measurement and calibration.- RF Hardware analysis, design, and test (ADS, Altium, and use of instruments such as VNA, spectrum analyzer).- Microwave Radiometer Calibration.- Concurrent Programming (Pthreads, Mutex, Signals, Semaphores... ) in C for Embedded Systems (WandBoard, Raspberry Pi, Kernel compilation, device trees).- Data sampling with Software Defined Radio (USRP and RTL-SDR).- Data processing (Matlab).- CAD Design.- Planning of a field campaign (choosing dates to coincide with a satellite pass, ground truth data gathering, logistics).- Scientific writing.- Responsible of one undergraduate student developing her bachelor thesis.- Responsible of one undergraduate student during his summer internship.

Final Degree Project: Development of a RF front-end for antenna pointing applications and design and development of a double-band GPS antenna
