I love to drive professional growth and great culture.As a teen I wrote the first software creating a remote link between a PC and a weather station. In my twenties I enjoyed semi-professional acting, touring Europe entertaining US and UN troops during the Bosnian War.After b-school, I went to Ingram Content Group, developing inventory optimization methods. Unfortunately, I took a promotion to Marketing before the system was implemented. Lesson learned that a promotion isn't always the best path.I spent the rest of my thirties in Marketing, Advertising, and Sales.In my forties I attracted a committed team to take on the challenge of turning around the family business. Along the way I created the Good To Go line of travel products. I learned strategy, branding, positioning, stress management, and built a team that ran a tight ship both operationally and financially while promoting a healthy work environment, leading to a successful turnaround, 26% average ROIC and subsequent sucessful sale.I love to learn, mentor, sail, ski, hike, and fly small airplanes with my wife Nicole.
