My primary roles at Navajo were to assist in the integration of the two companies and to help expand the Good To Go line of travel products, which I launched while at Cashco.

I leveraged my background to build a team to guide the organization through a difficult turnaround from near insolvency to profitability and eventual successful sale. Since rejoining Cashco in 2003, I helped grow sales by over 700%, returning the company to a healthy financial position, and expanding to a national player in Travel Size Health and Beauty products. We transformed nearly every aspect of the company while retaining the family culture.I believe what set me apart was my relentless determination and ability to attract and retain an outstanding team.

I joined a marketing agency specializing in sales and marketing for clients in the technology sector. In this role, I implemented several process improvement projects, including introducing tools to improve cash management.

I served as the department head for a $100M division. Responsible for all marketing functions including budgeting, event management, sales & marketing collateral, lead generation and public relations.

During this period at Cashco I was responsible for all sales activities, including overseeing our inside and outside sales teams. I landed the Thrifty Drug account among others. In addition to my sales role, I served as our category manager for multi-cultural beauty products, achieving a significant increase in profit margin.
