Site supported 2M+ medical images stored, viewed and shared by 2K+ users and groups.• Enhanced mirrored website including web application (ASP.Net MVC), web services (WCF), windows services (C#) and replicated database (SQL Server) providing more up-time for customers.• Incorporated advanced billing report generation and tools (WPF) leading to more accurate billing and revenue.• Assisted support organization as site went live and grew improving external and internal customer productivity.• Added custom reports to separate offering for key customer ensuring customer retention.

Merge operates cloud-based data sharing hub including clinical, research, and social data from various health sources offering solutions for doctors, researchers, insurers, and patients.PROJECT: Part of new effort to provide collaborative cloud-based medical image sharing. Utilized ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX and other web technologies for website development.• Created social networking relationships between medical clinicians, groups, and patients making image sharing more familiar and easier for all end-users.• Implemented dynamic and configurable notification system displaying detailed activity lists and sending email notifications to users and administrators enhancing ease-of-use and productivity.PROJECT: Perioperative Anesthesia Information Systems• Supported customer transition and subsequent sun-setting of the acquired AIS product suite.

Digital medical solutions company, designs and markets first Anesthesia Information System (AIS) to merge clinical information with automated intravenous medication management.PROJECT: Architected and Implemented record-keeping software used by anesthesiologists in operating room, pre-op and post-op to ease documentation burden while improving patient safety.• Recruited as one of the first developers / employees for this startup venture.• Implemented software interfaces supporting proprietary DocuJect hardware by designing new algorithms for integrated camera and barcode reader to measure intravenous drug deliveries.• Developed software interfaces for additional third-party hardware including physiologic monitors, gas flow meters, electronic drug carts and other devices reducing support costs when integrating new hardware on-site.• Created customizable interfaces providing patient safety warnings to clinicians to eliminate or mitigate adverse medical events and increase product market value.• Ported software (originally written in VB6) to VB .Net and C# .Net reducing maintenance costs and keeping code base current. Helped guide and implement development, build and source code control environment.• Participated in investor, customer and trade show presentations to earn venture capital.• Worked with partner companies integrating software and hardware offerings ensuring market penetration.
