Managed 15 chapters throughout Colorado and five sales regions. Managed $1.6M budget and five employees. Developed new chapter and chapter growth. Turned around membership program. Created and launched five territories, maximizing brand awareness. Transformed sales culture, integrating consultative sales techniques into non-profit agency, increasing membership 25%, up to 4,000 members
