In depth, accelerated intensive experience as a practitioner included negotiating 13 union contracts with Teamsters, Machinists, and other unions; opening and closing operations, serving as chairman of industry-wide compensation committee; establishing international hiring programs; personally hiring thousands of employees in leadership, professional, technical, and production capacities.Based on these experiences, started HRMC as a full service, independent “HR Department”, handling the HR aspects of over 60 corporate relocations and expansions. As a value-driven organization, we later morphed into a technology company leveraging computerization, IVR, web, video, and AI technologies to provide greater efficiency and effectiveness.
