Responsible for MAS90 file and system restoration. Introduced new technologies for early adoption such as Remote Access Services for clients, resulting in increased sales.

Implemented training course for new sales recruits, raising productivity and sales. Moved to Customer Service department to raise the department’s proficiency. Worked with the Head of Shipping Department to become proficient in all aspects of shipping. Promoted to Export Department to help increase sales and efficiency. Selected to represent Samson at Professional Audio Trade Shows including NAMM in California, Jacob Javitz Center, and International Shows in Hamburg, Germany.
