Contracted by The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company under it's Goodyear University program. I facilitated live, and web hosted sales training events. Training participants included The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company employees as well as those of participating Goodyear Tire & Service Network dealers. Also contracted to develop curricula and courseware on assigned topics and evaluated and provided feedback on programs under development.

Opened and supervised buildout and upfitting of a thirty thousand square foot distribution center for wholly owned subsidiary of Groupe Michelin based in Duncan, SC. Hired and trained salespeople, warehouse, and delivery personnel. Managed 1,300 + SKU inventory. Developed dealer accounts in a tri state market service area including NV, CA, and AZ providing daily delivery in multiple brands of passenger, light truck and medium truck tire fitments.
