Recruited to build the organization, systems, processes and manage the P & L to deliver the "Plaza Life" to our residential and commercial customers. Initiatives included building the organization and systems and processes to manage the sales, maintenance and development aspects of the business.

Assumed critical leadership role in developing and implementing effective systems, strategies and long-term growth plan for this small video communications company, including navigating dramatic industry changes and erratic market conditions. Directed all business operations, including production services, operating systems, administration, sales, project management, and finance. Client base included The Limited, Kroger, BankOne, Value City Furniture, Wendy’s, and multiple advertising/creative agencies. Managed a staff of 65, and an extensive network of freelance and contract production associates.
