We have provided training to major manufacturers world wide as well as providing focused training to dealerships. We have touched thousands of people in our training business.Our employee development training has changed direction. We have transferred all of our learning products to the internet. This internet training platform will allow a much more cost effective training program for employees and businesses alike.We offer subject specific internet based training products. There will be thirty-six classes for each of the parts business, the service business, as well as for the product support selling and parts and service marketing.These internet based classes have replaced the classroom seminars. The parts business, service business, selling professionals and marketing management will have the opportunity to follow the same leading edge programs Ron has been offering in the classroom.We also now offer eighteen Job Specific Skills Assessments which allow the employee and the employer to identify gaps in the specific skills available for each employee.Finally, we now offer a hosted Lecture Series from educators across the world.We continue to build a knowledge resource platform with some forty Thought Leaders, Experienced Executives and Revolutionary Reformers. These talented people have agreed to "pay it forward" by sharing their wisdom through Blogs and Podcasts.Today Technical Schools. Junior Colleges and Universities are adding our classes to their "for credit" curriculums as well their "workforce developnent" offerings. We are an Approved Provider" of IACET, the International Accreditation Association for Continuing Education and Training.
