Primarily worked on a project called "Overture" which was a massive effort to rewrite their Marketing, Billing and Service Order systems. The project started out in Smalltalk and then switched to C++. The Requirements and Analysis efforts totally consumed the budget and, in the end, they split up the development team and refocused on updating and adding functionality to several smaller scope, high-value subsystems.
