The Business Analyst, Product Line Management, is tasked with gathering operational and workflow requirements from internal and external customers. This individual will complete analytical assessment of processes to identify root cause of incidences and provide recommendations for workflow process modifications. This individual will interface with internal customers to act as a functional and technical liaison for the end user group community. The Business Analyst will be responsible for implementing, documenting, and monitoring business processes and associated workflow automation and applications.

Manages, supervises, and leads military personnel and human resource programs. Analyzes Air Force policy and provides recommendations to commanders, supervisors, and Airmen on benefits, entitlements, career progression, retention, and relocation programs. Updates and maintains personnel data systems, analyzes data mismatches, and provides Air Force leadership with accurate data points to make force management decisions.

Responsible for updating data vocabularies and metadata catalogs, which allows data to be accessed, tagged and searched regardless of physical location, media, source, the owner or other defining characteristics.They also structure data and information for specific purposes in a specific context for collaborative groups of users and manage databases for the storage, modification, and retrieval of information. This is information that may be used to produce reports, answer queries and record transactions.
