My background in new product introduction and change management coupled with my understanding of finance has allowed me to successfully run several operations from start ups to large multimillion dollar organizations.My background is diverse: from pouring molten metal and making toys to building high tech electronic equipment and helping build the infrastructure for the worlds fastest super computer. I have held key leadership roles and gained key learning experiences in an amazing diversity of situations. The common theme through all of my experience is that from the time I was a kid ripping apart the swing set and building hot-rods, I have always been able to look at systems, take them apart and rebuild them into higher performing machines.I have no fear of change and do not accept that something can't be done.
