Mr. Chee has over 15 years of experience in the civil and water resources engineering field. He has extensive experience in site civil grading, water resources engineering design and designing surface water infrastructure. His experience as a business owner, firm principal, project engineer/manager, and designer is expansive with experience in: pipeline/pipe network & pumping design, hydrologic modeling and analysis, hydraulic modeling and design, design of surface water control infrastructure, water balance modeling, site water and stormwater management, mine reclamation contouring and grading, site civil grading, design of earthen mine infrastructure.More specifically, Mr. Chee has experience in hydrologic/hydraulic modeling and analysis used in designing hydraulic structures such as: storm drains, diversion channels, armored channels and drop chutes, spillways, weirs, detention/retention basins, pumping and piping systems, pump sizing and optimization, pipe network optimization and gravity drain lines. Site civil grading and design experience has included the design of: geomembrane lined facilities such as solution ponds and stomwater ponds, heap leach facilities, earthen dams and embankments, haul roads, mine waste structures and storage dumps, dry tailings design and stacking plans, reclamation landform grading and contouring. Mr. Chee is proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, EPANET, FlowMaster, HY8 and ArcGIS. His experience and duties have included: project management, performing technical calculations, civil design using Civil 3D, preparation of technical design reports and studies, preparation of design drawings and construction plans and specifications, completing project tasks and deliverables on time and under budget, estimating budgets and schedules, preparing project proposals, building client relations, and coordinating between client, project managers and other project design firms and teams.
