This is achieved through a combination of various Fortinet and Trend products for Infrastructure and Endpoint security.• Troubleshooting, maintaining, and updating our thin client management with Dell WMS.• Keeping our assets updated in the Autotask PSA and keeping our documentation updated in ITGlue.

I was a Senior Technical Analyst with the Environments management team (DevOps) and had the privilege to work on the Northern Territory Government's largest-ever IT project (Acacia). I have been able to manage and deliver a major re-structure project at the Darwin Private Hospital. The project included a complete clinic tear-down and rebuild/upgrade at the Darwin Private Hopital. I maintained full access to the core I-MED PACS infrastructure (communications and server racks) for Royal Darwin, Katherine and Alice Springs hospital throughout the project.. Administer AD (RBAC based user account management). Administer RedHat Linux servers for IntelePACS systems.. Provide RIS / PACS (ComRAD, IntelePACS) support.. Liaise with third party contractrors to setup and troubleshoot various Medical Imaging modalities (Fuji, Philips, Shimadzu)

I founded Computabs (ISO 9001, 27001, CMMI)initially to provide IT support services to home and SMEs. At the time, Compulabs provided a unique remote support model that was able to operate across the UK. The business eventually expanded and operated as a MSP. Compulabs had a storefront and head office, on London Road in Norbury, London, UK. as well as various collection points / Service centres. (trading as Go PC services). Services provided:1. General IT Support (Onsite and Remote) including PC /Laptop / Server build and repairs.2. Web development and hosting (Weblabs services).3. Data Recovery Services.4. VOIP / Telephony services.5. Networking.6. Penetration Testing services.

I worked on a remote cloning system (BPBatch then Rembo Toolkit). The system includes a PXE server, file server, and allows full operating system and application software to be transmitted online to client computers as a disc image and was deployed at numerous locations in the UK. The system also included a remote support component that allowed each client computer to be controlled remotely from any location worldwide for support purposes. In addition to the above, I also developed a database application that provided real-time financial data for all transactions at the client locations. (VB6 and eventually ported to .net).I worked very closely with the Director who mentored and supported me to start and expand my own venture (Compulabs).

As an IT systems administrator at the MFA (Mauritius Freeport Authority, now known as BOI; Board of Investment), I was responsible to carry out several maintenance activities including software updates and hardware/network repairs and provide IT assistance to staff. The MFA helped a lot with professional development. I thus had my first opportunity to undertake ITIL, MCSE (Windows 2000) and CCNA (640-407) in year 2000 while working with the MFA.I had my first opportunity to be part of my first network security exercise here prior to the terms "penetration testing / ethical hacking or cyber security" were common. At the time we used tools such as Etherreal, nmap, Cain and Abel and nessus to conduct tests.
