About Ron Spinuzzi

In 2017, I founded Medical Device Contracting & Strategies, LLC, an industry leading medical device consulting firm that specializes in assisting healthcare manufacturers gain the proper representation with national and regional group purchasing organizations, regional aggregation groups, hospital systems and IDNs.With 30+ years of Medical Device experience, combined with 25 years of experience in National and Corporate Accounts, I maintain executive level relationships with National and Regional Group Purchasing Organizations and many of the nation's largest hospital systems. I have been recognized by senior healthcare executives as an advocate for improving the healthcare delivery system.At Mölnlycke Health Care, I held the position of Vice President, Corporate Accounts. I was responsible for creating the organizational structure that helped the company nearly double sales in four years. I led this highly effective corporate sales team of 23 Directors and Managers that was responsible for executive level selling at Group Purchasing Organizations, the country’s largest hospital systems, distributors and all segments of the post-acute market.As a member of the Executive Leadership Team at Mölnlycke Health Care, I implemented policies, best practices and training that allowed the company’s Corporate Accounts team to become highly effective at generating immediate sales and market share growth while maintaining price integrity and making measurable improvements to EBITDA results. With extensive experience building, training, deploying and leading corporate sales teams, I have driven significant sales growth throughout my career at Fortune 100 and privately held medical device companies.Prior to joining Mölnlycke Healthcare, I held key Sales Leadership, Sales Operations and National Accounts roles at Kimberly-Clark Health Care, Hillrom and Medical Action Industries. At Medical Action Industries, I served as Area Vice President of Executive Healthcare Services and was the Director of National Accounts at Hillrom. At Kimberly-Clark Healthcare I held several National and Corporate management positions of increasing responsibility, including my role as General Manager, Global Sales Operations.I graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Regis University in Denver, Colorado.
