Recruitment Manager
CurrentPartnering with hiring managers to identify hiring needs• Providing consult on capabilities and skills availability within the region• Proactive in finding new ways to source talent pool in this competitive market• Drive the recruitment process from crafting job descriptions, candidate selection, interviewing candidates,interview arrangements to securing the selected candidate with a successful offer.• Craft and post job advertisements on internal and external job boards• Oversee all pre-employment requirements (e.g. reference checks, facilitate personality tests) to ensurecompliance and proper applicant tracking flow and records maintenance• Drive initiatives that helps generate awareness to Datacom i.e. job fairs and other recruitment events• Responsible for driving the Employee Referral Program• Provide regular, accurate and relevant recruitment reports that could help us identify areas for improvement• Keep abreast with market trend and changes on the recruitment front i.e competition and new skills
