Recruitment Manager
Current- Partnering with hiring managers to identify hiring needs
- Providing consult on capabilities and skills availability within the region
- Proactive in finding new ways to source talent pool in this competitive market
- Drive the recruitment process from crafting job descriptions, candidate selection, interviewing candidates,interview arrangements to securing the selected candidate with a successful offer.
- Craft and post job advertisements on internal and external job boards
- Oversee all pre-employment requirements (e.g. reference checks, facilitate personality tests) to ensurecompliance and proper applicant tracking flow and records maintenance
