• Extensive experience in sourcing candidates through non-conventional methods such as using social media, Google and other web recruiting tools and sourced contacts to identify, network and recruit
• Performed phone interviews with applicants, asked questions relating to career, experience, and education, as well as general questions regarding work ethic, standards, etc.
