Designed and implemented programs that encompassed the areas of Total Rewards, Human Capital Management and contingent workforce. Responsible for driving the total rewards philosophy and strategy that supported ATC employees and the attraction and retention of top talent. Provided strategic insights into compensation and benefits program designs and structure, as well as assist the team in developing new and creative programs to support 670 employees and various corporate initiatives.Led a staff of 7 responsible for compensation/incentive and recognition programs, payroll processing and time reporting systems, qualified and non-qualified benefit plans, executive/general benefit plans, Human Capital Management (HCM) system and a contingent workforce of 2,400. Responsible for compliance with all state and federal laws/regulations pertaining to payroll, total rewards and contingent workforce programs.Responsible to ensure that all employees received proper communications and education regarding total rewards and HCM programs and to the contingent workforce regarding operational procedures.Directed the payroll function and the relationship with external sources.
