When I was a kid, my dad taught me to track the money 💲 I made mowing lawns. At that time though I didn’t appreciate his lessons that would show that mowing more neighborhood lawns was a more effective use of my time 🕒 than taking the full-time mowing job at the cemetery.I did not take my Dad’s advice and the result was that I didn't earn as much money as I could have.👉LESSON LEARNED!But what lesson?1️⃣ First - appreciate the wisdom and guidance offered by the more experienced and wiser folk in my life.2️⃣ Second - the value of a fact-based or data-based decision.Making data-based decisions means that you need data. 🔢And that's the challenge. What data to collect, where to find it, how to analyze it, and how to apply it can be very challenging.👉WHAT I DOAre you grappling with any of these:- Trying to make decisions and take action in your role but lacking the information that can help you?- Drowning in a pool of data because you can't make sense of what it's telling you?If so, I help you turn data into actionable insights that will allow you to make decisions and take action. You'll gain insight into efficiencies and effectiveness (or lack thereof). You'll have the right balance between quantity and quality of data so you can take action.👉HOW I DO ITAfter more than 30 years, I've figured out what works. I know how to mine for the information needed to answer key questions and make decisions. The approach focuses on starting simple, learning, evolving, and adapting. All based on what the data tells us. 👉WHO I WORK WITH I work with businesses whose bottom line is being affected by undergoing change:-Manufacturing operations change.-Competitive environment change.-Inefficiencies change.-Profit margin change.-Production environment change👍READY TO TALK?Send me a message and let’s explore if we’re a fit on a 15 minute call. 📞
