At that time though I didn’t appreciate his lessons that would show that mowing more neighborhood lawns was a more effective use of my time 🕒 than taking the full-time mowing job at the cemetery.I did not take my Dad’s advice and the result was that I didn't earn as much money as I could have.👉LESSON LEARNED!But what lesson?1️⃣ First - appreciate the wisdom and guidance offered by the more experienced and wiser folk in my life.2️⃣ Second - the value of a fact-based or data-based decision.Making data-based decisions means that you need data. 🔢And that's the challenge. What data to collect, where to find it, how to analyze it, and how to apply it can be very challenging.👉WHAT I DOAre you grappling with any of these:- Trying to make decisions and take action in your role but lacking the information that can help you?- Drowning in a pool of data because you can't make sense of what it's telling you?If so, I help you turn data into actionable insights that will allow you to make decisions and take action.
