Business Development/ Client Retention• Provide consultative sales for litigation support services to AM Law 200 firms; plaintiff firms and boutique law firms. Work with Managing and Founding Partners, attorneys and legal staff at corporate litigation firms and in-house corporate counsel.• Provide court reporting services: scheduling, production, and logistics for local, national and international litigations.• Deal with international intellectual property law, labor & employment law, securities and bankruptcy litigation as well as Pro Bono matters. • Responsibilities include cold calling, lead generation, industry networking, relationship development, account management and client retention.• Currently tracking over target for 2016 budget of $500,000 gross revenue.

Provides consultative sales support to corporate litigation attorneys in regards to capturing the spoken word. Sales of court reporting services for depositions, arbitrations, hearings, etc...Works with many of the AM Law 100's top tier litigation firms.

Coordinated development and execution of September 2009, 100 mile charity cycling event. In it's first year, raised more than $1mm for The Fund For Public Schools.Handled ALL aspects of the ride: Permitting, route selection, training, sponsor coordination/ contribution and purchasing.
