Responsibilities included managing projects using the BHI program delivery methodology (PDM) for executing projects with several stage gate reviews at key points during the project lifecycle. Generated $7,000,000 for Baker Hughes in 2014 and $75,000,000 through the first half of 2015.► RAINMAKER Intranet Implementation – sales collaboration tool and website for sharing and distributing sales content, sales digital assets, proposals, and prospects. Used by BHI global sales teams. Application is expected to help generate $26,000,000 in additional revenue by the global sales team.► Media Bin Content Management System Upgrade - Replace Media Bin 4.x with Hewlett Packard’s Media Bin 8.1. The application is used by the global marketing and design division to manage digital assets for compliance, rights management, presentations, internal web, external web, ads, posters, videos, and meta data searching.► WellLink Wireline – deliver a scalable real-time monitoring and data management service to support Baker Hughes Wireline operations (reservoir development, remote operation services).► WellLink Wireline Russia BiAB – deliver a standalone data center (BEACON in a Box – BiAB) with BHI's WellLink Wireline (WLW) service and related services for a major oil producer in Russia.

Overall program manager responsible for relocating office content and technology infrastructure and related systems to new office spaces, co-lo, and data center facilities. ► Merger and Acquisition. Performed assessments for potential merger partners to determine the best approach and process to merge the firm’s disparate infrastructure, applications, systems, and software. I managed the technology merger for the primary merger partner (“the acquirer”) on several M&A engagements.► Technology Assessments.
