Using best practice project management techniques and Agile methodologies established by the Project Management Office; managed Scrum teams and a $5M budget to ensure timely delivery of project objectives based on approved budget and scope from the investment committee. Based on the Spotfire business intelligence platform, key projects delivered:► Coaching and Mentoring for New Software Development Teams – Using Tuckman's team development model, guided new project team members through the various phases of team development ‐‐ forming, storming, norming, performing to achieve a Agile sprint cadence of two to four weeks depending scope and backlog.► Spotfire Sustained Engineering – managed a Scrum team of three database developers, two C#/.NET developers, a QA/Test lead, two Spotfire developers, and a Spotfire system administrator to provide product enhancements and updates for Wood Mackenzie's client‐ facing portal tools. The team updated 20+ applications over a 10‐month period including two major rewrites of portal software. Budget: $1.5M► North American Well Analysis Tool (NAWAT) – managed a Scrum of team developers to improve the functionality of the well analysis tool to stay ahead of our competitors and provide features based on client feedback. Major accomplishments: Delta processing of data; direct data download service. Budget: $3.5M
