CurrentAs a vital member of Shane Company's Scottsdale team, my duties are diverse and varied:Being the expert and confidently educating customers on characteristics of our fine jewelry and loose stones.Ensuring that customers feel confident in our product, services and staff.Creating and following the sales lifecycle with each customer as to foster an environment of advocacy and partnership.Liaseing with departments within the organization such as Inventory Control, Diamond Procurement and Special Fabrication to ensure timely and correct processing of all transactions.Working closely with Sales Managers to develop customer/encounter specific strategies that will ensure the customer makes a purchase today.Partnering with co-workers to assist in their transactions to ensure the success of the entire team.Conducting outreach calls/e-mails to current customers to ensure satisfaction with their jewelry as well as to invite them back to generate a continuous flow of revenue.Presenting in-house financing options and highlighting which would be best for that customer.Fulfilling Supervisor duties such as listening to and resolving irate customer's issues.Manage back of house administrative functions such as inventory management, delegating appropriate tasks, managing all manner of financials in order to open and close the store efficiently and properly.Acting as liason between Sales and Customer Service to ensure proper processing of all sales transactions. Troubleshooting and resolving customer service, sales and shop issues with internal customers.Assisting in the lifecycle management of long-term sales such as layaway. This includes reaching out to customers to discuss missed payments and other financial/billing issues.Working closely with management to assist in developing trainings as well as delivering them.Assist in maintaining visual esthetic of entire store, ensuring an environment which invites customers in.
