This effort has led to a new enhanced trailer that is able to transport the increased full combat weight with force protection kits of both the Abrams (M1SEPv3) and Combat Recovery (M88A3) vehicles.• Completed the evaluation three months earlier which led to a first delivery order of (73) trailers worth $37M and trailer fielding’s, 1-2 years ahead of schedule for transport of 85+ ton payloads throughout the U.S. and Europe. -

This resulted in an overall released TDP package and completion of (255+) drawings for RIA-JMTC to proceed with production to meet the Long-Term Armor Strategy (LTAS) for the warfighter.• Led the M915A5 Armor Protection Kit weekly Engineering IPT with RIA-JMTC and completed a successful First Article Inspection (FAI)/Physical Configuration Audit (PCA) which verified manufacturing & all assembly kits met Government requirements. Key fit, form, function, and safety issues were identified, and corrective actions released.• Assessed and led the FHTV HEMTTA4/PLSA1 B-Kits, HEMTTA4 Tanker (TAM) and HEMTTA4/PLSA1 Underbody Armor Protection C-Kits competitive small business set-aside effort with contractor XPER. This effort resulted in completing 100% audit of the PCA data which led to the successful build of (4) each of B-Kits & C-Kits by XPER that commenced production release of updated Armor Protection Kit TDPs for manufacture and storage in ISO containers, for future vehicle armor installations and ultimately warfighter protection. -
Special Assignment (Sseb)U.S. Army Peo Combat Support & Combat Service Support Feb 2020 - Sep 2020Detroit Arsenal, Michigan, UsServed as a Past Performance Evaluator on a Source Selection Evaluation Board (SSEB) for an ACAT III new multiple Heavy Tactical Vehicle Armored Protection Kits contract award program that resulted in leading the Past Performance of four contractor proposals for the Request for Proposal (RFP) evaluation.• Developed Debriefs, Interim, & Final briefings and conducted many peer reviews which were successfully completed and presented to the PCO and SSA Chair with a Small Business offeror (XPER) chosen for the contract award.• Resolved concerns by the past performance evaluators on the SSEB by developing a side-by-side comparison chart of the PPQ, CPAR & SSP ratings and definitions to support the final assessments within the specific offeror’s evaluations.• Reviewed and adjudicated all SSEB team responses on the evaluations including from ACC Contracting, S3COE lead and the PCO which led to quick turnaround and a shortened timeline schedule. Ultimately, the Army is now capable to provide Soldiers increased protection during missions in hostile environments with the new armor protection kits. -
