From a manager's perspective it was a very interesting company to run, because of the many different services we offered and the different levels of hierarchy (organization leadership and dive leadership levels).As general manager, my tasks were mainly to provide leadership, direction, and hands on involvement in daily responsibilities or in other words, to plan/execute daily activities to ensure internal/external demands were met. This meant I had to ensure that course, tour and product quality standards were met at all times.
