As Director of Franchise Sales, I successfully launched the business development, advertising campaign and franchise sales roles; achieving the stated goal of developing name recognition throughout the state of Texas.· Found new owner for Plano office within 45 days of joining company.· Develop a direct mail and magazine advertising campaign, ran two magazine ads, and conducted two major mailing done within 60 days of joining company. This generated over 50 franchise inquiries.· Briefly, direct the mortgage call center while the company conducted a search for a permanent manager.

As Senior Sales Director, for this leader in the telecommunications industry, I managed the product introduction, approvals and sales in SBC’s 13 state operating region. In my 13 years covering ADTRAN’s largest account we built a sales team that achieved unmatched sales performance (300% increase in two year period), built a strategic supplier relationship with the customer and successfully merged three sales teams while exceeding the company’s sales goals on an annual basis.· As the account manager, and later the senior sales director, I grew the account from $680K to $107M in 13 years. Growing the business by 100%+ most years and exceeding sales goals annually.· Managed and developed the company’s largest account, which produced 25% of company’s annual sales.· Consolidated three sales teams, retained 100% of our product standardizations, and grew our business during a highly competitive merger and acquisition period of our customer.

As Sales Manager-Commercial Accounts, succeeded in becoming the top producing salesperson for this start-up company. My short tenure as the commercial accounts sales manager provided me the "Salesman of the Year" award.
