Prior to launching Kaptivate, Ron served as Executive Vice President for Global Business Development at Truist where he developed a global supply chain for philanthropic transactions. His work at Truist was a natural segue from his launch and management of Tisani Consulting LLC. As the Senior Partner for Strategy, he led myriad strategy and business process engagements for multinational organizations such as the World Bank (Global Development Gateway), United Way International, Telefonica España and British Telecom. His work with these venerable institutions supported their efforts to transform their organizations into dynamic organizations, responsive to customer needs.
