Responsible for all legal matters regarding Company and its corporate existence, formation of its various business entities both foreign and domestic and all legal filings to keep business entities in good standing. Draft all business contracts, negotiate all business dealings and handle all liability issues involving Company, whether commercial, financial or employment related. Handle all equipment procurement for events, both national and international. Oversee and manage foreign exchange rates, foreign exchange forward contracts, and foreign fiscal, corporate and employee tax management. National and international on-site management of operations for various events, including supervision of all personnel, such as load zone managers, dispatchers, drivers’ scheduling and emergency management.
