In this role I own the relationship with couple of Zscaler’s very Strategic GSI. This role involves driving strategy, pipeline, offerings and GTM plans with our key GSI partners. Pre-sales Solution Architect under the Customer Pre-sales and Service Management Team - front ending Vodafone Global Enterprise customers along with the account/sales team in capturing requirements and designing solutions for large and complex customer RFPs. This would include to solution, respond to RFPs, doing customer presentations about the solution and bid for new deals with the help of the complete Vodafone Product Portfolio as well as design customer specific bespoke solutions.Responsibilities:• Engaging with customers on pre-RFP stage, understanding their requirements and helping them with capturing their needs into technologies. Responding to multi-regional / multi-tower / bespoke complex RFPs were we are asked to bid and competing with other vendors by providing cost optimal managed services along with a team which would include sales, bid managers, commercials, Service Architects, product practice and Opportunity managers. Engaging with partners, vendors and System Integrators for deals and stitch all them under a single service wrap for customer proposals. • Creating High Level Proposal Documents, HLD, Solution Diagrams, RFP compliance matrix, Solutions to fit customer asked SLAs, service/operational requirements and all technical compliance documents as asked by the RFPs. Working with Low Level Design team, PM, Carrier Buying Managers, Procurement managers to solution and respond to RFPs.• Taking the solution through a well-defined governance process and getting internal approvals before the customer submission to ensure full proof cost optimized solutions. • Helping product team in new product development by inputting the market trends and customer demands and thought process to develop effective and fit for purpose products.

Network Architect under the “CTO Propositions Team” in planning, strategy, solution and design of future proposition which would be hosted and sold to customers. This includes solution hosted from the Capita Cloud Services (multi-million $ Virtualized Multi-Tenant DC based on VCE V-Block IaaS, SaaS, PaaS) as well as Enterprise Solutions for Customers. Responsibilities:Planning and Designing new Cloud Hosting Solutions with the Enterprise Architects and engaging in Conceptual Architecture, helping with Product mandate, Vendor Discussions, Product Comparisons, Network HLD/LLD for the designEngaging in Preliminary Architect Reviews(PAR), Purple HAT, Infosec /Risk and Compliance for the solution, PEN testing etcWorking with Portfolio Managers, Product Managers, Service Architects and Test Managers &Transition Managers for the proposed solution and its streamlining. Participating in Design Peer Reviews and working closely with the Solution and Platform Architects to deliver the solutionGuidance to the Deployment team to implement the proposed solutionsHelping in Operation Handover of the solution with the Transition Manager and Service Architects.

The role is to do engineering activities, network design, handle new/existing networking projects and transformations, write network configuration for both data and security products

The role was of supporting the customer network which includes security devices like Checkpoint, Nokia, Juniper Netscreen, ASA and network devices which include high end switches and routers. Have also worked on Cisco Nexus switches
