Maintaining good relationship and communication with Govt administrative and others NGOs staff member due to referral and security purpose.-Briefing and reports to Managers to HR teams- Maintaining and sending regular reports and briefing to International Mobile staff about incidents of Irresponsible behaviour among the team members and regular give update to HR team as a responsible behaviour focal point.-Regular attend in Medical MD/MA meeting and taking the meeting minutes and share the team members for update news and improvement plan-Maintaining proper strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skill and able to work with significant time pressure-Working experience with English environment community-Maintaining regular communication with team members and supervisors and Medical activity managers and Responsible Behaviour implementer for sharing RB update and seeking support from them to creating safe working environment for all staff.-Consultation and Manage Referral patient -Managed 2017 influx ,War trauma manage and provide medical care in emergencies anywhere and any time Establishing medical treatments in Outside Patients Department (OPD) and Emergency Department according to diagnosed pathologies.To control infectious disease Ensuring referral of patients whose health condition requires the consultation of a specialist Hospital,-To maintain IPC in Dressing area and responsible for infectious diseases treatment-Liaise and share the information with internal and external Protection actors and team member for ensuring patient safety and security special for the case of SGBV and Physical Assault who are feeling risk to live in camp.-Maintaining Confidential Patient Data and maintaining quality activities -Mental Health support and consultation-Outbreak Response -Infectious Disease control ( Diphtheria , Measles , Jaundice, Covid 19 , Chicken pox , Mumps , Cholera , etc )-NCD consultations

To create Safe space for everyone in working area.

 NCD consultations  Data Manage and Reporting  OPD and IPD data management.  Roster management.  Referral coordination with other's organizations and MOH and partner organizations.  Infection prevention -Ipc management.  Good communication with national stuff and international stuff.
