Senior Project Manager
Current• Leads projects of varying complexity, ensuring successful project outcomes by providing guidance to the project sponsor/STO on project implementation and sustainment.• Determines project priorities and best sequence for execution, while monitoring and tracking performance and addressing any issues.• Coordinates between multiple teams/projects to ensure the successful delivery of all deliverables, showcasing strong leadership and collaboration skills.• Develops all related project management artifacts, complying with enterprise standards, and executing project requirements in governance frameworks focused on risk appetite, regulatory, and compliance standards.• Monitors and controls project deliverables, making recommendations and adjustments to the overall project plan to achieve successful project outcomes.• Proactively identifies project risks and establishes effective risk mitigation strategies by understanding project interdependencies.• Demonstrates ownership and commitment by being accountable for the identification and resolution of project problems, while leading and representing the project in project team meetings, governance forums, and inter-departmental forums. Additionally, ensures change management plans are developed, socialized, and consistently measured to deliver the expected project benefits.
