Daily Briefing Employee Target vs. Achievement, Daily Attendance and duty roster checking, Free items & consumables availability check at POS Counter, Prepare PO, STO as per schedule for product availability and recording error free GRN, Post GRN/TPN/RTV etc. as per physical docs, Back store activities supervision & comments on back store register & perform back store audit twice in a week, E-mail feedback and other Issues,MRP, QA & FG Sticker check and monitor, Surprise cash audit: POS/ Manual invoice/ Loyalty/ Void bill/ Return/Bkash/ Rocket, Ensure daily stock counting as per given schedule, DSD ordering schedule and PO/STO ensure, Recheck and verify petty cash (Bill Voucher), PEMS data base entry audit for FIFO management, Stock in transit & TPN transit check & clear, Proper wastage recording and disposal checking, Documentation : DC, DSD file and folder/ Gate Pass / Format and Register, Ensure Daily Cash Deposit by Bank, Ensure Opening cash for POS, Ensure Reconciliation: Bank Card /Cash/ Gift Voucher/ Bkash and DBBL / E-com etc. Prepare DSC and Email to all Stakeholders, Ensure Stock Reconciliation: VFMG, Dairy & Consumable, and Report Generate Based onManagement Requirement

To achieve the sales budget product wise & month wise, to handle properly the credit status of every customer in his sales territory, to prepare distribution schedule & selection of potential retailer for van support, to implement the promotion planning, to prepare the sales budget customer wise, quarterly & crop wise, to provide coaching to subordinates, To report to the Regional Manager timely, to make regular contact with SAAO, SAPPO, Agriculture officials & NGOs, to maintain required number of stockiest and retailers in the assigned territory, to perform any other job assigned by the superior.
