Initiated and managed an indirect sales branchs in different areas of Africa, Asia and Middle East.Technical: Definition of goals for global network architecture performed technical awareness and participated to different workgroups.Contribution to RFP, development and implementation of a web based help desk and database for quality follow up, billing and customer reporting.

Managed a team of 7 support engineersOrganised the departement and developed new procedures better adapted to corporate market.

Project manager 1989: In charge of study for an optimized Network architecture covering 2000 agencies. Proposed an architecture and a multiplexor technology and imlplemented the new network, migrated the existing to the new architecture.1992: Manager of the telecommunication team (24 engineers ) Headed the project for the Outsourcing of the telecommunication network and coordinated the handover to France Telecom.

Started field engineer with "Cables de Lyon", in charge of public telephony cabling.Followed negociations and contracts with the Lebanese PTTs for public network including cabling, public switches installations and earth stations implementation.
