Principal Duties and Responsibilities • Serve as a focal point for Activity partnerships from partnership identification through close-out. With partners, help identify key opportunities and underlying issues through a process to co-design business concepts and manage partners to realize results. • Assist partners in developing actionable proposals that best serve to unlock potential, remove obstacles, or accelerate growth of farmers, partner businesses, etc. • Support the Innovation Investment Fund team in managing procurements, grants, and subcontracts with respect to Activity partnerships. • Work closely with partners to develop work plan and milestone-based deliverables that align with the Activity’s work plans and MEL Plan. Help partners and the MEL team measure and track results. • Facilitate linkages between partners and business development services and access to finance opportunities. • Support partners in adopting the Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting (CLA) Activity agenda to ensure interventions are strengthened to maximize results. • Help ensure that environmental impacts of cultivating, process, and marketing of target crops is communicated to the Environmental Compliance Director and leadership and factored into partner work plans. • Promote new technologies and planting materials at the farmer level to enhance production and quality. • Support the Gender and Social Inclusion Specialist and Activity staff in appropriately and meaningfully incorporating women and disadvantaged populations into technical interventions. • Represent the Activity in meetings, workshops, and seminars. Support Communications Specialist in Activity reporting. • Coordinate with other Partnership Coordinators and with the oversight of the Senior Partnership Coordinators to circulate best practices and lessons learned. • Perform any other tasks assigned by the COP or Partnership Director consistent with the overall nature of the project

CSISA-III Project (a Project of food security- Feed the future investment in Bangladesh)Sector: Different Agricultural sub-sectors Funded by: USAID & BMGFMajor Responsibilities:• Coordinate, conduct and facilitate trials, and maintenance and data gathering of field validation of agronomic trials & Organizing collection of data such baseline survey, agronomic data etc.• Manage & analyzing report data from/on agricultural technologies & Prepare presentations and reports on collected data & Document recommendations to be shared• Transfer technologies, identify technologies and provide technical inputs to [national partners, civil society organizations, beneficiaries and communities related to agricultural technologies• Identify training needs and organize training courses for [civil society organization staff , service providers and other stakeholders on crop production technologies at the field level• Develop manuals and support the conduct of training based on the manuals• Assist implementing partners in organizing trainings or demonstrations and assist in farmer-to-farmer extension of technologies & also Plan and organize practical demonstrations, field days and farmer training on [different agricultural technologies].  To help all categories of farmers, community leaders, community youths / club etc. along with the Household Food Security Project (HFSP) areas through extension and monitoring services.To provide counseling and advisory service to the Agriculture Facilitators and Farmers Field School (FFS) farmers (crop FFS, Vegetable FFS, livestock and poultry FFS and fisheries FFS). To conduct field visits to inspect work being undertaken and provide technical advice and assistance. To engage PRA and baseline survey and conduct special surveys (in case of natural hazards or emergencies). Networking and liaison, Coordination and Collaboration with Govt. agriculture agencies / service providers, related NGO’s, research organization and agricultural entrepreneurs. Provide assistance in the selection process of Farmers Field School (FFS) / beneficiary groups / participants and set up trial / experimental plots that remains socially and economically viable To provide regular feedback to BADP PM and AO (Economic). Follow up the learning session among the FFS farmers and providing them suggestion / feedback in terms of facilitation skills if necessary. Ensure that the participatory monitoring and evaluation process is properly facilitated . Prepare consolidates monthly activities report and submit to the BADP Agriculture Officer. To demonstrate gender sensitivity in behavior, attitude and activities. Capture life-changing events with appropriate documents / photos &Assist in preparing annual report at the end of phase. Deals with Agro based product marketing and different types of marketing information for the farmers in community level. Deals with the vegetable Farmers Field School (FFS) and time to time supervision and monitoring & Assist in Manual & Session guide preparation. Knowledge of market development by Marketing Service Center (MSC).by HFSP. Develop Monitoring Tools for monitoring the FFS (Farmers Field School).
