EAG employs 18 professionals including expanded engineering and geological resources. We have also developed a state-of-the-art virtual data room and trading platform for buyers, sellers and capital players with additional improvements planned for 2021 and 2022. Besides "selling assets", EAG is well-suited to providing specialized assistance including technical advise, valuations, operations and reservoir studies. PLS was originally started in 1989 as a multiple listing service for the oil and gas industry which grew to include both information services and advisory work. PLS was sold to Torch Energy Advisors in 1998. Wise acquired PLS back from Torch in February 2003 before starting over and building the firm once again. PLS pivoted strongly into databases and research in 2008 developing some of the industry's best M&A tools and products for buyers, sellers and capital providers. All of PLS former products now make up much of the back end of Enverus (DrillingInfo) market intelligence platform.On the M&A front, PLS' advisory arm originated the unique cross-border $600 million dollar Encana-Toyota joint venture in 2012.
