Petrobras - Consórcio Libra (formado pela Petrobras, Shell, Total, CNODC e CNOOC)Representar a Empresa em Reuniões com o Cliente;Coordenar e executar o processo de mobilização e desmobilização de empregados da CONTRATADA;Coordenar administrativamente os empregados da CONTRATADA;Responder, pela condução e resultados dos serviços contratados;Realizar as Medições de Serviços e assinar o Relatório de Medição (RM);Emitir Relatório de ocorrências (RDO) na periodicidade definida pelo Cliente;Fiscalizar a frequência dos Funcionários, através do cartão ponto manual ou eletrônico, realizando o gerenciamento do programa;Executar as atividades rotineiras, tais como: providências de viagens, planejamento de férias, acompanhamento de vencimento dos Atestados de Saúde Ocupacional - ASO e do Curso Básico de Segurança, elaboração de relatórios previstos no Contrato e em seus anexos, emissão de memória de cálculo para acompanhamento da FISCALIZAÇÃO, atualização das documentações contratuais, emissão de correspondências, assinatura de documentos, etc.;Coordenar os treinamentos dos empregados alocados no Contrato quando necessário;Atender as solicitações referentes à documentação Fiscal Mensal do Contrato;Representar a empresa perante as Auditorias contratuais;Executar as demais atividades necessárias ao perfeito atendimento aos requisitos contratuais, legais, regulamentares, normativos e outros relacionados aos serviços objeto do Contrato.
