Core Responsibilities:-Prepare Line Planning (With ERP (Kandaree Software),Follow-up & monitoring the activities of -Production & Develop and implement Operation management (Fabric & Accessories Cutting, Sewing & Finishing) strategy to improve efficiency.-Planning and implement Man, Machine & Material for Operation with highest efficiency and minimum cost.-Planning, Follow-up & Monitoring the activities of total Quality Management.-Contact with Merchandiser for every style’s all approval, Accessories in-house date and also inspection date.-Connect with fabric department for fabric and approval etc.-Connect with dyeing department for fabric delivery and all fabric approval issue.-Prepared Monthly Earning statement base on (CM) production & Shipment status.-Coordination with management team, production head & other support department head.-Monitoring day to day floor administration and take necessary action if required.-Weekly Line Loading & Capacity planning meeting with merchant and marketing team
