I developed and delivered educational and training programs for entrepreneurs in the health and nutrition industry, conducting seminars and workshops in Canada, USA and Taiwan. In coaching and mentoring individuals and small groups, I focused on whole life success, helping people shift mindset, remove internal blockages and create action plans while.

I co-founded and lead a grass-roots faith community for people disillusioned with, curious about or committed to following Jesus Christ. We organized and coordinated neighbourhood service projects and meals for the homeless. I delivered seminars and workshops on relationship and communication skills, biblical meditation and practical theology.
