CurrentSr Product Manager for Device Lifecycle Management, a product to record and report on activities related to customer owned devices such as phones, tablets, watches etc. The accurate tracking of devices enhances the customer experience and enables data driven decisions using AI. This product connects frontline to back office serving as the source of truth for multiple product related details to provide a seamless digital experience to T-Mobile consumers.Building a complex solution on top of Oracle Fusion to enable:Product Definition - Defining the product to establish master data around customer products for the entire enterprise.Product Tracking - Recording all activities on the product to maintain traceability.Product Warranty - Recording and tracking warranty on products to support digital customer experience.Product Reverse Disposition - Accurately dispositioning the product as it arrives at the reverse Distribution Center for value maximization.Product Status - Recording product activation, lock, block and usage details to provide seamless customer experience.Product Reporting - Defining and building data products to generate insightful reports and run AI on device data.Managing E2E product roadmap, developing requirements and technical solutions in partnership with vendor System Integrator partner, IT team, Business teams, Delivery team, Data and Reporting teams to design and build the product.
