Leading a 4 week course of Learn to Cox to novice coxes and those interested in rowing

Led a cohort of approx. 50 students over the course of a year under the novice programme for rowing alongside the novice coach and novice captain. Successfully turned over a profit of £3.5K+ in selling tickets for a 3-week Learn to Row course and retained athletes for the rest of year with an emphasis on looking after their well-being.

Personally assist customers with fittings for a range of schools such as Eton College, Harrow School, Lambrook School and Oxford International College. Working alongside other classroom assistants and the teacher to help children with their homework (Science, Maths and English) and marking exam papers. Essential to maintain a positive attitude when working with young children and communicating clearly to them their mistakes - helping them to progress further.
