 Responsible for PPAP completion for HIHR parts. PPAP done for Tier 1 and Tire 2 supplier in India as well as abroad.  Preparing CTQ Critical to quality parameters sheet. Ensuring CTQs parameters mapping in the process at supplier and validating CTQs parameter during PPAP. Responsible for part quality during each stage of part development. Responsible for Technical sign off with the supplier for new part development. Responsible for AOI sign off with the supplier for new part development Attended customer complaint in the field for transmission system of Nano and Tiago Responsible for preparing QIB (Quality issue brochure).  Scheduling system and sub system DFMEAs. Drive the DFMEA activity and ensuring for addressing all failure modes from QIB to DFMEA.  Preparing Quality files and sends it to supplier along with RFQ. Quality file includes quality requirements, warranty and reliability targets.  Problem solving through 8D approach for various field failure and JDP issues. Root cause analysis for issues and effective implementation of corrective and preventive action against the failure mode or cause.

 Shift in charge of Gear Hard line and Noise Testing Department handling more than 40 man power.  Responsible for machine shop production, which occupied, SPM machine setup like CNC turning, ID & OD grinding machine, Noise testing and Gear teeth grinding. Ensure daily adherence plan, production targets and schedules. Monitor and achieve production target on day-to-day basis. Monitor and review weekly and month production performance report. Responsible for continuous cost reduction by implementing kaizen activity by reducing lead-time and setting time. Implementation of 5S Implementation of TPM  Responsibility of providing training to associate staff related to operating and setting on the CNC machine. SPC (Statistical Quality Control) tools to analyze data and evolve action plans to reduce variation in manufacturing process. Responsible for rework monitoring in Noise testing & analyzing the root cause. Monitoring the Gauge, Machine & mandrel calibration status. Monthly fixtures, cutting tools, gauges requirements as per production plan Supervise the maintenance of proper Working Conditions, Housekeeping, Discipline and Safety at the workstation

 Setting Assembly line, Manpower balancing for shift production targets, production scheduling for different vehicle, (domestic, export). Attend & resolve internal customer problems through CFT Assuring just- in- time in production & materials received on line  Rejection analysis, Corrective actions for reducing rejection(coming from Vendor, in- house production as well as on line production line), Calibration of Quality Measuring Instruments Tools, fixtures management, maintenance of materials handling equipments, tackles, Trolleys etc,  Achieving continuous improvements in productivity, quality, cost and safety through Kaizen, TPM Prepared Quality Documents Insuring Production declaration on SAP system by RFT device.

 Responsible for CNC machine shop production Develop CNC program for new parts. Tool monitoring like Insert and Die for optimum tool utilization. MIS generation like Daily Production Report, Machine utilization reports & company level data.

 Individual shift handling  Responsible of whole machine shop production and programming and setting of CNC lathe gear cutting & grinding machine by using Fanuc programming. Installation, commissioning, Trial of Machine/ Tooling and Jigs & Fixture for starting production and reducing cycle time.  .Prepare material scheduling plan. Core member of SPC, CPAC, TQM, TPM for implementing QS9000 Kaizen activities for continuous improvement. In hand machine experience of Teeth Grinding, ID & OD Grinding hobbing, shaving & shaping machine etc. Responsibility of providing training to associate staff on machine related to gear manufacturing
