My mission and passion is growth—personal, organizational, and business growth. I am an entrepreneurial C-level leader specializing in guiding organizations and executives through hypergrowth and transformation. With expertise in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and executive coaching, I integrate data-driven insights with human-centric leadership to drive organic/inorganic growth and foster cultures of innovation for Fortune 50 enterprises, startups, and PE-backed companies. As I maximized my natural talent for sports riflery with deeply disciplined dedication and work, I was able to represent the nation at the Commonwealth Games, becoming India’s first female gold medalist. I was then awarded with the Arjuna Award for Sporting Excellence, the highest sporting honor in the country. This helped me become a Rhodes scholar and attend the University of Oxford, where I obtained both MBA and MPhil degrees. CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:◉ Thought leader featured in LinkedIn, The Economic Times, HR Quarterly, The Week (India), Quartz, SEEMA, Reputation Today, Times Now, and Rediff.com.◉ Drove transformation at IDEX.
