Key Achievement: • As of July 19/07, the BU had 233 invoices that were outstanding over 60 days (in Open Invoice). I created a process to: 1) Provide weekly reports notifying staff who have invoices outstanding over 60 days and 2) Liaise and follow up with operations and Digital Oilfield staff to ensure that individuals are set up with appropriate approval rights and training. As of Nov 19/07, CW BU had 10 invoices that were outstanding over 60 days (in Open Invoice).
