This involves identifying potential markets, assessing their viability, and creating a roadmap for growth.Location Search: Conduct market research to identify suitable locations for new restaurant outlets. This includes evaluating the footfall, demographics, competition, and potential profitability of each location.Leasing and Negotiation: Collaborate with real estate agents, landlords, and property developers to secure lease agreements for new locations. Negotiate favourable terms and conditions, rental rates, and lease durations to maximize the company's interests.Site Surveys and Assessments: Coordinate site visits and surveys to assess the feasibility and suitability of potential locations. Evaluate factors such as infrastructure, accessibility and market demand to make informed decisions.Project Oversight: Oversee and monitor the progress of projects & repair and maintenance, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of site development and construction activities.Collaboration and Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with airport authorities, mall management, and technology companies. Collaborate with them to drive business growth.Team Management: Lead a corporate team, providing guidance, support and delegate tasks to ensure effective and efficient project execution.Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners and industry influencers. This includes attending industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to expand the company's network and enhance its brand presence.

Sets out timelines/schedules & present to the concessioner.Status sheets - keep all schedules updated with actual dates for tasks completed.Conducts conference calls with clients and attend client facing meetings with project team / project authority of concessioner. Relationship as required. Provides minutes of call/ meeting as a follow-up. Confirms all regulatory requirements & processes for all projects; e.g. regulators review cycles.
