• Preparation of offer letter /employment contract of selected candidates.
• Organize and ensure the Induction Process within the Organization for all new joinees.
• Making all kind of arrangements (guest house & transportation) for newly recruited staff.  TRAINING
• Identification of employees for training based on the Performance reviews conducted /Interviews.
• Coordinating external and internal trainings as needed and follow-up with employees, collecting feedback of training and further follow-up with the Technical team on the effectiveness of the training done PERFORMANCE.

• Timely Submission of Performance Appraisal Form to all dept. and various project sites.
• Follow up with Dept. Heads for timely submission of Performance Appraisal Form to HR Dept.

• Identification of Outstanding, Good and Average performers with inputs from Dept Heads
• Identification of Best Employees in Consultation HOD for Reward & Recognition.

• Sourcing of Bio Data through Consultants / Portal, Initial short listing and then getting it short-listed by Technical / Functional Head, Scheduling interviews, Conducting preliminary round of Interview for all levels.
• Techniques for Organization Development, Employee suggestion box, OD survey, Designing policies and procedures.
• Identification of employees for training based on the Performance reviews conducted Interviews, Coordinating external and internal trainings as needed and follow-up with employees, collecting feedback of training and.
• Maintaining a healthy and productive working environment through the application of sound employee relation practices, Conducting of tours, get-together of employees’ family etc.
• Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relations.

• Actively involved in the recruitment process, which included acquiring the exact profiles required for projects from the Account Managers and providing the resources within the deadline, specified by the account.
• Recruitment scheduling and conducting HR interviews for short listed candidates which includes salary negotiation, language checking for communication skills required for the job profile, adaptability to the company.
• Post Offer Follow Up with the candidates to ensure on time joining.
• Daily maintenance of HRIS.
• Conducting Induction-Presentation for the new joiners about the Company and its policies in brief.
• Handling leave management and providing leave details to accounts dept.
