• Sourcing of Bio Data through Consultants / Portal, Initial short listing and then getting it short-listed by Technical / Functional Head, Scheduling interviews, Conducting preliminary round of Interview for all levels of candidates• Techniques for Organization Development, Employee suggestion box, OD survey, Designing policies and procedures.• Identification of employees for training based on the Performance reviews conducted Interviews, Coordinating external and internal trainings as needed and follow-up with employees, collecting feedback of training and further follow-up with the Technical team on the effectiveness of the training done.• Maintaining a healthy and productive working environment through the application of sound employee relation practices, Conducting of tours, get-together of employees’ family etc.• Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relations.• Handling of progressive corrective measures and termination as per procedures and Relieving cum Clearance formalities in all other cases, conducting of exit interviews, counseling etc.• Leave Management and Time Sheet monitoring• Proving input for the accounts dept for payroll processing • Arrangement of visa, Renewal of passport for the employees .
