Gofore is one of the top modern era software project companies in Finland. Having been part of Gofore's story from only little bit over 100 employees all the way to the current 500+ employees in 5 countries I've had an unique chance to have an outstanding view on the different aspects of software industry. During my time with Gofore I've been part of over 10 projects among with other responsibilities such as mentoring, coaching, recruiting, business account management and technical sales to name few. My role in projects has varied greatly from one to another. Few most notable roles:- Technology lead (1/2016-2/2017) in a project for implementing EU funding applying & managing system for Ministry of Employment and the Economy of Finland. The system is to be used until the next funding frame upcoming in 2021 to apply, grant and oversee the hundreds of millions of euros granted annually for different organizations.- Team lead (4/2017-3/2018) responsible for design and implementation of a complex analytics platform for one of the biggest furniture retailers in the world. The system is currently used internally within the company in 30+ countries by tens of thousands of weekly users. - Technical coach (4/2018-8/2018) for 30+ developers implementing advanced factory management platform utilizing IoT and cloud for industry leader Voith.- Trainer for other companies and public organizations around topics such as Angular, TypeScript, Node.js and microservices. Total of around 30 days of external training held during my time with Gofore.

Surveypal is a Finnish start-up implementing an advanced feedback gathering and automation platform that is used worldwide. I worked as a full-stack developer with all parts of the platform. I was single-handedly responsible for the design and development of cross-platform mobile app (Surveypal Go) for collecting survey answers offline among with being responsible for the frontend development of the whole platform in the later parts of my time with Surveypal.
