As a Chief Growth Officer my mission was to build bridges between our business units and to lead selected transformation projects. Key Achievements: I successfully led the CO2 DataHub R&D Project, receiving outstanding feedback from stakeholders. The project pioneered innovative methods and solutions to measure, report, and calculate reliable CO2 emission data across the entire value chain of companies and cities. Our research focused on managing emissions from all scopes (1, 2, and 3). During the project, we developed an operating model for ESG-related innovation and data ecosystem. We created an action-based roadmap for the years 2024-2026 and also prepared the necessary Ecosystem Governance documentation. The recommended activities align with the key principles outlined by the International Data Spaces Association (IDSA), the EU Data Governance Act, and the EU Green Transition Regulations and Directives.I also executed a go-to-market pilot project in the APAC region to assess the product-market fit for Platform of Trust's data exchange capabilities. This involved outlining messages for partner search and planning marketing activities within the region. Additionally, I contacted proptech companies within the region to establish partnerships.In 2021, I assessed both the internal and external requirements for Vastuu Group's brand development while leading the growth team with expertise in marketing, communications, and business development.

Leading the pre-seed phases of the platform innovation originated from the Teosto Futures Lab program (ideation, prototype and MVP). Ensuring product market fit and executing scale up activities.

Vice President for an internal consulting unit with 8 -consultants with a mission to secure the execution of the group level strategy in the co-operative banks: The KPI´s were customer satisfaction and consultancy sales. The unit was also in charge of group level sales process development and sales training for the co-operative banks. HR responsibility for 15 employees´ in total.
