Project Management- Responsible for reporting, estimating, monitoring and tracking project schedules, issues, risks, change requests, defects, dependencies, QA for successful delivery- Contract management, Resource management, Budgeting, Vendor management, License management & Escalation handling.- Managed client relationship & collaborate with stakeholders to validate solutions, in optimizing costs to meet business needs, and ensuring that the solution is sustained within the framework of services; work with stakeholders to limit and/or prevent scope deviation and/or project overruns.IT Development & Management- Negotiated with business on IT deliverables under strict budget costs; led meetings to assess project progress, impact analysis & warrant its timely completion.- Forged professional, cohesive team to capture milestones on time and in complete compliance with agile methodology & best practices.- Ensure Agile principles and Scrum ceremonies were diligently followed by the team and help them remove any impediments. SOW & Business Analysis - Review business requirements & create Statement of Work (SOW), coordinate SOW review and approval; budgeting, resource hiring alignment, trainings, kick-off, ensure invoices are billed, and that proper project closure documentation is filed; provide feedback on processes that need improvement.Project Management Office (PMO)- Setting up PMO, Governance processes & coordination for shared resource management.- Involved in PMO development activities like team structure and job description, policies and procedures, standards, framework, project management tools and practices, competency and trainings, templates development Cost & Budget Management- Plan IT budget (OPEX/CAPEX) & budget allocations. - Develop, monitor & control project budget & expenditure, preparation of dashboards for stakeholders, update status reports, communication plans, score cards, project schedules, risk registers, and budget reports.
