Project Management (PMO), Corporate and Investment Bank• Business and process analysis using LEAN tools and data analysis for identifying efficiency initiatives.• Aegis application development – Lead business analyst for the project on UDT remediation for all the UDTs across CIB. The goal was to eliminate UDTs for financial reporting by migrating and automating functions on the RAD Framework.• Reduced the amount of manual reporting done in Fund Services line of business leading to reduction of 8 FTE. Part of the 3-member team which created templates and calculation meta data for over 1300 reports.• Collaborated with Technology to converge multiple reconciliation platforms into a single system saving $90k and thereby increasing the timeliness to 99.6% and reducing error rate to <0.1%.Team Lead (IB Primary Credit portfolio)• Migrated the Loan Servicing process from Delaware and managed Primary credit portfolio team. The team is responsible for maintenance of the primary credit portfolio for the life of the deal.• Lead FPML inbound message project team in India and completed testing of FPML incoming notices for LoanIQ. FPML was an industry wide initiative pioneered by JP Morgan. Worked closely with teams from Citi and Bank of America on generation/consumption of FPML messages and identifying the improvement areas for streamlining the process before go live.• Created SIPOC and FMEA analysis for sub processes in NA CPG.
