Ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and quality standards. Periodic monitoring of project progress, review of milestones, and risk management.Stakeholder Management: Manage and drive regular communication channels with stakeholders at all levels, to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.Strategic Planning:Plan for short term and long term project milestones with stakeholders. Supported the Systems Design Engineering (SDE) Team at Rolls Royce Civil Aerospace, Derby on T900, and T1000 projects. Apart from the regular day to day engineering challenges, I was involved with the following tasks:- Transient Performance Model Validation.- Test Support with Pre-test Predictions.- Exchange Rates Generation.- Compression System Stability Audits.

As a lead performance engineer at QuEST, major role was to be the team's technical reviewer and mentoring new joiners in the team. Also handled many of the performance engineering roles:-Production engine trend monitoring.-Exchange Rates Analysis.-Steady State Modelling.-Validation of Steady State Engine Thermodynamic Models.-Engine Diagnostic Assessment.-First Principle Analysis of testbed measured Thrust.-Test data analysis and feedback into relevant engineering departments.-Generate required performance technical reports.

Worked with the Mass Properties and Configuration Layout team at the ARDC, Bangalore and was attached to the LCA Mk2 Project.-Mass properties estimation using Catia.-2D/3D inboards of the LCA Mk2.

As a performance engineer at QuEST Global, Bangalore I supported the Rolls Royce Defence Aerospace (Engine Performance team) at Bristol. My main responsibilities included the following:-Performance prediction/assessment of Rolls-Royce aircraft engines.-Trend monitoring of engine pass-off data, with appropriate reports.-Statistical calibration of test facilities.-Engine Thermodynamic Modelling.-Incident investigation analysis (root cause investigative support) & support to customer queries.

My stint with Aetos Design & Engineering (of around 1.5 years) gave me a unique opportunity to learn not just technical but business aspects of engineering. It was a techno-commercial role and I had the opportunity to interact with engineers/ scientists from various domains and try to understand their design problems and present a feasible solution. I was involved in meetings with the prospective customers, convincing them about our products/solutions, cost planning, project planning n management. Mainly worked for Aerospace clients and one of my achievements was to successfully implement MDO framework (iSIGHT) into the design process of a reputed aerospace laboratory in India. I was also responsible for the training of engineers on iSIGHT and help them in automating several steps of the design process.

During this period I was part of India's first ever project for the Design & Development of a Regional Transport Aircraft (RTA). I was mainly involved in RTA concept finalization, preliminary design, cross function requirement synchronization and project coordination. Apart from RTA project, I was also involved in HANSA (2 seater, all composite, trainer aircraft) cost optimization activity. I completed the propulsion system review to propose changes in propulsion system to bring the overall aircraft cost down.

I started my professional career with National Aerospace Laboratories (NAL), as a Trainee Engineer in Propulsion division. My first project was the "Design & Development of Micro air vehicles". I was part of a Multidisciplinary team and my main responsibilities were:-Research on MAV wing planform Design. -MAV Propulsion system research and finalization.-MAV Model testing.-Collaboration and coordination with various teams involved.
