While at GDS, I was product owner and interim service manager for the Lasting Power of Attorney service during it's alpha (2012), supporting the Office of the Public Guardian (an agency of the Ministry of Justice) with the early stages of the new service including team building, user research, user testing of initial prototypes and ensuring the policy and legislative aspects of the programme meshed with an agile, user centric approach.I was product owner and interim service manager for the Register to Vote service going from alpha into beta (2012-2013). Working closely with stakeholders and policy owners in Cabinet Office, I led the small user-centred multi-disciplinary agile team who built the alpha and iterated it into a continuously improving beta based on ongoing user research. -

Joined MQe level 3 service, fixing defects and attending onsite customer critical situations. In this role I also presented at several customer conferences on MQe and pervasive messaging.
